Our work on EUFECT® LNP technology benefits from a network of academic and industrial partners who contribute complementary expertise in lipid chemistry, nanoparticle characterisation, and biomedical research.
CHESS specialises in the custom synthesis of organic building blocks for applications in medicinal chemistry. Fine chemicals for drug discovery are produced at scales ranging from grams to kilograms. In collaboration with our group, CHESS contributes to the optimisation of highly specialised lipids for the development of targeted lipid nanoparticles (t-LNPs).
The group of Prof. Dieterich collaborates with us on the development of LNPs for novel therapeutic approaches aimed at the selective and specific transfection of lymphatic endothelial cells in lymph nodes, with the goal of modulating endogenous immune responses.
Particle Metrix possesses extensive expertise in the characterisation of natural and synthetic nanoparticles. Nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) enables the simultaneous assessment of particle size, concentration, zeta potential, and LNP-specific surface properties. We collaborate with Particle Metrix on the quality control of our EUFECT® LNP formulations.
