EUFECT is the lipid nanoparticle product line developed jointly by the Steinbeis-Innovationszentrum Zellkulturtechnik (SIZ) and CHESS Chemische Entwicklungs- und Synthese-Service GmbH, both based in Mannheim. It combines proprietary ionizable lipids with optimised formulations to achieve high transfection efficiency at low cytotoxicity across a broad range of cell lines. Development of new lipids at CHESS and rapid testing on cells at SIZ complement each other, and international research groups test the reagents in their own fields and feed their results back into the product development.
The three formulations below differ in the cell systems they are designed for. Detailed product information, research data and ordering are handled on the dedicated EUFECT website.
