The EUFECT© portfolio of proprietary ionizable lipids is now available for research collaborations and custom LNP formulation projects. Validated across adherent tumour cell lines, human primary fibroblasts, and iPSC.
We are collaborating with Particle Metrix GmbH to establish NTA-based quality control workflows for EUFECT© LNP formulations, including particle size distribution, zeta potential, and absolute particle concentration measurements.
In collaboration with Prof. Lothar Dieterich (ECAS), we are developing targeted LNP formulations for selective transfection of lymphatic endothelial cells in lymph nodes, aimed at modulating endogenous immune responses for novel therapeutic applications.
